Help persecuted, suffering & oppressed Christians
1 in 5 Christians live in countries where they face constant persecution, simply because of their faith in Jesus Christ.
Despite overwhelming challenges, they choose to cling to the cross, as a living sign of the power of God's love.
They are the witnesses of hope.
"The help we received from ACN was the most beautiful realisation of what it means to be in the presence of God who welcomes and feeds the hungry... Your solidarity transforms faces full of pain into faces full of hope." - Sister Aparecida, Mozambique
Support young women affected by
forced marriages and conversions
Aid to the Church in Need is supporting the initiatives of the Catholic Commission for Justice and Peace (CCJP) of the Pakistani Bishops’ Conference to support the situation of underage Christian girls and young women. This important support includes advocacy, media engagement and public awareness campaigns - including conferences and consultations with lawmakers and community leaders.
This project aims to help rebuild the lives of these young women recovering from trauma caused by forced marriages and religious conversions through psychological and counselling assistance.
